If it were in Nigeria, the trial would have lasted foe a century with ‘judges’ granting lame and hilarious injunctions and exparte motion here and there. When the case is finally decided, we would expect nothing more than a no case. The judicial system in Nigeria needs total overhaul and the instructors at Nigerian Law School should be asked to travel abroad to understudy civilised societies like the US. The Nigerian law books should be rewritten and judges who give trivial injunctions should be made to go through psychological evaluations. The court is the problem of Nigeria. Ordinary Nigerians have no faith in the judiciary, whereas they’re supposed to be the last hope of the citizens.
