England-based Victor Moses has joined the Super Eagles as Coach Stephen Keshi dropped five more players ahead of qualifying matches next week.

The Wigan Athletic star met up with the national team in Lagos in time for their departure for Calabar, where they will host Namibia and Rwanda in 2014 World Cup and 2013 Africa Nations Cup qualifying matches, respectively.

The Super Eagles boss, Keshi dropped five players from the Nigeria Premier League for the matches.

The affected players were Ugonna Uzochukwu of Rangers FC, Enyimba’s Gbolahan Salami, Ossai Uche of Warri Wolves, Heartland’s first choice in goal, Dan Akpeyi and his counterpart from Sharks FC, Okemuteh Odah.

12 home-based stars will be joined by Ekigho Ehiosun to compliment the 14 players earlier announced to now bring the number of players that will be in the Calabar camp of the team to 27.
