Discussing constitutional matters, an aftermath of the recently concluded Senate retreat in the Delta State Capital Asaba, on the way forward constitutionally for Nigeria as a whole and as it said by the Senate President that the issue of constitution review is all-encompassing.

Sunrise Daily got in a lawyer and member of the Crusade for Justice; Richard Nwankwo who on the issue of state policing said it has be looked at from the larger point of view in the sense that the clamour for state policing is coming up because of the recent times starring the whole country in the face. Richard the country Nigeria has not gotten to that stage where state will have its state police plus all the indices to operate on its own like other countries whose historical antecedents catered for that.
