Ogun PDP Crisis: Court ruling has been stayed by the Court of Appeal- Dipo Odujirin

Continuing with the Ogun PDP crisis Senator Dipo Odujirin who is also a factional PDP chairman also claimed that he is the recognised PDP chairman for Ogun state when he was asked if he was to be referred to as factional PDP chairman by Sulaiman Aledeh.

The Ilaro court recognised Adebayo Dayo as the PDP chairman and a court injunction was given which is what the engineer by profession is holding onto but Odujirin is also claiming that there is an interlocutory order of the Court of Appeal staying all other orders previously issued by the court which included the ruling of January 27th this year where other court orders emanated from.
