The Edo State Governor and a former president of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Adams Oshiomhole on Thursday said that the suitable strategies to solving the problem of poverty in Nigeria is to distribute the nation’s wealth through the creation of jobs, decentralisation of government and reviewing the allocations to states.
Mr Oshiomhole, who was speaking as a guest at a forum organised by the NLC in Abuja, said the vocabularies of successive government in Nigeria with regards to employment generation have continue to shift from creating jobs to downsizing.
