This was the submission of the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian stock exchange, Oscar Onyema at the just concluded capital market committee retreat in Warri, Delta state.
Mr Oscar also used the occasion to formally introduce the market quality report, which he says is the first of its kind in Africa.
