A public affairs analyst, Achike Chude on Monday identified infrastructure as the major challenge confronting the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Mr Chude, who was speaking as a guest on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, said INEC cannot be taking about electronic voting in an environment where there is no steady power supply.
“INEC really cannot operate beyond the infrastructure that is available to it,” he said.
