Contrary to the proposition by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that using chipped voters’ card will stop multiple voting, a political scientist, Isuwa Dogo said single authentication of voters will not stop people from casting several votes in the same polling unit.

Mr Dogo, who was a guest on Channels Television’s breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily, said what INEC should concentrate on doing is to make it position for Nigerians to vote from anywhere within the country other than where they registered.
