Fasheun Endorses Jonathan To Run For 2015 Presidential Election

In what appears to be an endorsement to participate in the 2015 Presidential election, the leader of the Oodua People’s Congress (OPC), Dr Fredrick Fasheun has stated that President Goodluck Jonathan should contest the forthcoming presidential poll.

Speaking to journalists after a meeting with the Special Adviser to the President on Niger delta, the leader of the OPC, Dr Fasehun asked Nigerians to give the administration of President Jonathan a chance to bring development to the country.

Dr Fasehun had earlier requested the President to give the congress an opportunity to protect petroleum product pipelines from vandalisation.

The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta, Mr Kingsley Kuku used the opportunity of the meeting to pass on the appreciation of the President to the south west for the votes that he got from the region during the 2011 presidential election.

What is the wonderment about the man’s statement? He has seen the truth and it is only truth that will set us free.

This time around as it concerns 2015 election ,it should not be based on any regional thing but purely what such person can do to uplift this country ,a person who will harness the resources of all the region .this will be clearly known if there will be public debate anchored by a non partisan journalist ,so this Nigerians can base who to vote for .Nigerians will vote based on their program and previous track records !

What right has Dr. Fasheun got to endorse President Jonathan for Nigerians come 2015 general elections.
Its only the President’s performance in his first term in office that can endorse his re-election bid come 2015.
President Goodluck Jonathan, Nigerian masses are no fools. Its only based on your performance that we would vote for you in the next Presidential election in 2015. This time around, we would not vote for you based on sentiment as we did in 2011 because then you had no shoe, now you have lots of shoes. Nigerians are now wiser!
Four years is enough to leave a lasting legacy behind in office, a word is enough for the wise.
    Goodluck!!!

Mind you by 2015 Mr. President would have been in control for over five years so he should then have no excuse. He either performs so that with our votes we ask him to continue or we show him the way out equally with our votes!!!

Giving his support in quest for JUJU contract for the protection of pipelines which are being vandalized by agents of GEJ. Who dey fool who?

How can anyone in their right senses endorse a so-called leader who proved incapable of handling our security challenges in our nation? There is still war currently going on in the north with the FG’s hand tied about the situation and he can still show face in public.

Hopefully the elections will not be rigged.
