After its attempt to use electronic voting failed, the House of Representatives is collating the results of its vote on the report of its constitution review committee.

The lawmakers on Wednesday spent over three hours waiting for the electronic system before giving up and using a print out of the different clauses which they manually completed.

327 lawmakers are said to be in the chamber to decide on the 87 clauses that were to be voted on even though two clauses were stepped down.

The collation has been going on for over three hours with lawmakers waiting patiently to hear the results.
