The governor was speaking in an interview with Channels Television at the Cross River state capital, Calabar.

Governor Imoke noted that the crisis is not in the interest of any of the sides of the divide, adding that the rift is all about the 2015 elections.

The governor added that there are lots of ways that can be used in addressing these grievances which he says surrounds the 2015 elections, and that these grievances does not prevent the PDP from being one family as a party.

He said that these grievances are being addressed, stating that President Goodluck Jonathan has spent ” three successive nights” meeting with them and deliberating, appreciating and coming out with proposals on ways to deal with these grievances.
