The national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Adamu Muazu has appealed to members of the party to be tolerant of other people’s views saying the party can make giant strides through politics of inclusion.

Mr Muazu, who made the appeal in Abuja during a visit by the governors of Bayelsa, Abia and Enugu states, said his administration will work towards deepening internal democracy and grassroot mobilization.

He advised politicians aspiring for elective positions on the platform of the party to fraternize more with the people at the grassroots.

The governor of Bayelsa state, Seriake Dickson, while pledging his loyalty to the party applauded the ideals of the party for a new Nigeria with equal opportunities.

Mr Muazu used the occasion to appeal to all members of the party to be accommodating in tolerating the views of others in order to ensure that the party remains a home for all politicians.

The visit by the governors is aimed at  cementing  the crack in the party which led to the defection of some governors and lawmakers in some states and the national assembly.
