The Edo state government says it is set to rehabilitate over 50 roads in Benin City within the next four months.
The Managing Director, Edo State Rapid Response Agency, Mr Mujaidu Dako, revealed this while inspecting ongoing rehabilitation work at first east circular road.
While the state government continues to reconstruct roads across the state, some feeder roads in the state remain in bad shape.
Mr Dako, while inspecting the work at First Circular Road in Benin City, which had become impassable, said his agency is poised to rehabilitate over 50 roads within the next four months.
He however said there are no plans to rehabilitate Lucky Way yet as the work there is beyond their brief.
