Manny Pacquaio has beaten Timothy Bradley in their Welterweight Title fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The 37-year old Pacquiao knocked down his rival twice in the seventh and ninth rounds, before cruising to a 116-110 on all three judges’ scorecards.
According to fight statistics, Pacquiao landed 122 of 439 punches (28 per cent), while Bradley connected on 99 of 302 blows (33 per cent).
After the fight, Pacquiao confirmed his retirement from the Sport, saying he wants to spend more time with his family and serve the people of the Philippines.
The two-term congressman is running for a Senate seat in next month’s election.
He is favored to win one of the 12 seats up for election.
