It was a day of worship and thanksgiving for the wife of the Governor of Ogun State, Dr Mrs Olufunsho Amosun.
The soft spoken first lady of the state joined the golden league of 50 and she decided to mark this special day with a church thanksgiving service which held at the Government House chapel in Abeokuta,
It was indeed a modest way for the celebrant to say thank you to God for the gift of life and his infinite mercies in the past years.
Family members, friends and associates which included members of the State Executive Council, members of the state and national assemblies, joined the celebrant and her husband, Governor Ibikunle Amosun to mark this unique day in her life.
The Ogun State Deputy Governor, Mrs Yetunde Onanuga, Senator Lanre Tejuosho, wife of former president, Mrs Bola Obasanjo were some of the dignitaries who graced the occasion.
