The Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, on Thursday lent his voice against provision of grazing land for cattle rearers.
He added that as farmers, who get profit from selling cows, they should buy land to rear their cattle.
The governor made his views while playing host to members of Church Leaders and Ministers Fellowship in Government House, Ilorin.
He promised not to support any idea of government providing land for cattle rearers, wondering how cattle rearing could be developed into a revenue generating industry, if government does not allow them use their initiative.
