The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has a launched a report, listing 58 Nigerian companies among the fastest growing private businesses in Africa.
According to the Chief Executive of the LSEG, Mr Xavier Rolet, the report for the first time, identifies 343 most inspirational and dynamic private companies, in 42 African countries.
Prominent among the 58 Nigerian companies listed is the eleven-time award-winning station Channels Television, as one of the most exciting and promising companies.
Mr Rolet said the report demonstrates the huge role small and medium enterprises are playing, in driving African economies in skills development, high quality jobs creation and growth delivery.
