The Lagos State Government has announced a 30-day ultimatum to owners of buildings situated in Lagos state to obtain their title documents or lose their property.
The Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Steve Ayorinde revealed that the government has wielded a big stick, by sealing up the ‘This Present House Church’ located in Lekki.
He also explained that the building does not have any title document and warns that other similar buildings will be demolished.
