Zimbabwean Visitor Mapwanya finished a total of 4 over par for the 4 rounds which was good enough to win by 2 shots from Pristhy Nji who shot level par for the last round and Vincent Torgah who recorded 73.

Both players ended in joint second position.

Best round of the day was produced by Desire Ebela who shot 2 under par 70 and that catapulted him up the leader-board to finish 6th.

Mapwanya who maintained his lead from round one will travel back home with the prize money of USD 8,000, the richest prize on the West Africa Golf Tour.

The winning category 1 amateur of the B & E tournament was Barry – White Gureteh who ended in a very impressive 15th position.
