An on air personality with Inspiration Fm, Wana Udoband, says those responsible for the stampede that claimed the lives of some Nigerians on Saturday at various centres where the Nigeria Immigration Service, held recruitment screening exercises must be accountable and punished.
She described the incidents as sad situation that had affected so many people, insisting that the text should have been done online.
She said that the incidents emphasised the need for the government to embrace evolutionary processes in handling things.
The radio presenter runs a drive time show that focuses on different issues – Life, finance, traffic among others. She says her programme has touched lives across the country, describing the feedback she has been getting as encouraging and a major motivation for her .
She said that broadcasting had always been in her mind right from her school days in England.
