Lucky Obewo-Isawode is a graduate of theatre arts from the University of Jos where he graduated with a second class upper degree.
Lucky began his journalism career with the Nigeria Standard in Jos in the early 80’s before joining Complete Football Magazine as a zonal correspondent. He crossed over from the print medium to the electronic when he joined MBI from where he moved over to Channels Television as a reporter in 2005.
The widely travelled senior reporter who was the first correspondent for channels television in Jos, Plateau state is a long standing member of the health and sports desk operating from our Abuja station. He loves travelling to crisis zones in addition to covering other beats such as aviation, works, housing and urban development.
He is married to Flora Obewo-Isawode, a chartered accountant and they have four lovely children.
