Olusola Toyin Momoh, Vice-Chairman

Olusola Momoh is the Vice-Chairman and co-founder of Channels Television.  She is a seasoned Broadcast Journalist and corporate management leader with extensive experience of both public and private sector. 

She started her career as a pioneer Presenter and News Assistant with Ondo State Radio/Television in Akure, moved on to Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), then worked with International Merchant Bank as Head, Corporate Affairs, before the establishment of Channels Television.

As Vice-Chairman of Channels Television, Sola has led in the creation of corporate structure, policies and strategies of the organisation.  Her portfolio of responsibilities includes development and management of clear governance of the organisation in the areas of finance, administration, and marketing.

Sola plays a pivotal role in the conceptualization, creation and development of content for Channels Television as well as being actively involved in the process of consistent improvement of programmes broadcast on the award winning station.

Her passion for maintaining ethical standard in practice saw her being elected into the Directorship position of the Convention on Business Integrity (CBI), a non-governmental agency that entrenches transparency and due process.

Sola Momoh is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian-Britain Association.

She is also a member of the Friendship Bible Fellowship.
