Roberto Mancini is looking at the brighter side of Manchester City’s exit from the champions league as he highlighted the advantage of looking tougher for other major trophies like the English Premier League.
Talking of winning the premier league trophy,Mancini said he is hoping to carry the day when his team will carry play Chelsea on Monday the 12th of December so as to garner points in view of the EPL trophy.
Manchester City’s exit came after their 2-0 win against Bayern Munich but unfortunately for them the game rules counted against Manchester City which made Mancini promise a better return for the Champions League next season.
Roberto Mancini stated that exiting from the champions league means working harder so as to finish with at least two trophies to boost the teams’ morale against next season’s competition.
On the issue of Coach Villas-Boas,he said he thinks Villas-Boas is a good manager but needs more time prove his capabilities.
