Speculations are rife in the social media of the separation of multi-awards winning musician, D’Banj and his producer/partner Don Jazzy.

The partnership of the duo have been adjudged to be one of the longest and most successful in the Nigerian music industry.

The publicist for the popular record label Mo’Hits, Sunday Are is yet to comment on the rumor that the executives of the music power house are about to break up.

Mr Are who has been with the record label for ages said “If people are saying they are about to break up what we can do is to wait to see if they eventually break up or not.”

However, after further quizzing on the state of the relationship of the duo, Mr Are confessed that he just got into the country a few days ago, he has been making calls to find out what was happening and nobody is confirming or denying the rift.

“Nobody has said anything to me, and the truth is I don’t want to be any part of “Abracadabra” so I can’t confirm anything yet.

The rumor broke March 5, 2012 on different online media platforms that the frontrunners of the super record imprint Mo’Hits are currently experiencing a relationship ending rift .

According to these reports, Don Jazzy has abandoned their Lekki mansion and D’banj has been marooned by the other members of the Mo’Hits Family for his arrogance.
