He noted that the endorsement of the Comrade Governor is the commencement of all mother and father political battles.” “But this time around it is not going to be between Governor Adams Oshiomhole and other political parties. It is going to be a battle between the people of Edo state and other political party” he emphasised.

Governor Adams Oshiomhole said he will not take the nomination for granted as he is aware that the ACN can boast of several gubernatorial candidates all of whom chose to stand down for him. He stated that he will remain “indebted to all of you (party members) and I will give my all to the good people of Edo state” who he added has received me at all facets.
