The Special Adviser to the President on Performance and Evaluation and Chairman of the Ports Reform Committee, Sylvester Monye explained the efforts of the federal and the Lagos state governments in reforming the Apapa port.
Mr Monye said the idea is to do for Apapa road what the Lagos State Government has done for the Oshodi Expressway.
