The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced plans to look into the remunerations of players in the Super Falcons with a view to reducing the huge disparity between them and the Super Eagles.

The General Secretary of the Federation, Musa Ahmadu who announced this in Abuja at the unveiling ceremony of the Super Falcons’ list said the review is aimed at further motivating the Super Falcons towards an improved performance.

Head Coach of the Super Falcons, Kadiri Ikhana who unveiled the list of players to prosecute the African Women championship qualifying match against Zimbabwe and the international friendly against South Africa expressed optimism that the Falcons will win the world cup.

The team as announced by coach Ikhana includes Precious Dede (captain), Tochukwu Oluchi, Gloria Ofoegbu, Ngozi Ebere, Chidinma Okoro and Evelyn Nwabuiku.

Others who made the list are Onome Ebi, Joy Jegede, Gladys Akpa, Regina Macfancy, Stella Mbachu, Akudo Iwuagwu and Perpetua Nkwocha.

The twenty-one woman list also has Amenze Aighewi, Abosede Olukayode, Desire Oparanozie, Shola Oyewusi, Rita Chikwelu, Gloria Iroka and Esther Sunday.
