Thomas Vermaelen has just pledged the rest of his career to Arsenal, after affirming that he would like to remain at the club forever.
“I will stay at Arsenal forever. There will be no transfer for me. I love London. I’ve got a house there, I’m happy there and I don’t see any reason to ever leave the club.”
Vermaelen joined the Arsenal football club in 2009 from Ajax and has gone on to become a key component of Arsene Wenger’s defence.
