Babatunde Ogala has criticised the release of the audio record of the conversation between the House of Representatives Committee, Farouk Lawan and oil mogul, Femi Otedola over the alleged $3million bribery and the collection of $620,000.
According to the lawyer, the release of the recording is a destruction of evidence that can be tendred in court for the case.
