The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) candidate in last April governorship election in Adamawa State, Markus Gundiri on Wednesday said that the current governor, Murtala Nyako is running the state like a family business with less than 10 people controlling the state resources.
Mr Gundiri, who was a guest on Channels Television’s breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily, said the governor decided to use his son “who was a serving officer in the Nigeria Navy to become his de facto Chief of staff.”
He said both the governor and his election were forced on the people of Adamawa state saying the February 4 election was manipulated in favour of Mr. Nyako.
