Governor Peter Obi of Anambra state has shut down a hotel in Nkpor, Idemili North local government area where about four kidnap suspects were arrested last Sunday.
The governor ordered the Arthur Gardens Hotel at Umusiome to be sealed off when he visited the area where the suspected kidnappers were found.
He warned that the Anambra state government will not tolerate any form of criminal activity, and property owners who allow their facilities to be used for criminal activities will bear the brunt.
