The chairman of the All Nigerians People’s Party (ANPP), Dr. Ogbonaya Onu has canvassed that all elections in the country be held the same day.

The last general election was spread over 3 weeks with the National Assembly elections, governorship and State House of Assembly and the Presidential elections, consecutively. The elections cost the nation almost N90billion.
He also suggested that electoral cases should be concluded before the swearing in of the winner of the election.
The ANPP boss also revealed that plans of merger between the party and some other opposition parties will soon become a reality.
