Proper planning and cooperation between the executive and legislative arms of government in Nigeria will result in a higher performance of the nation’s annual budgets.
This is according to the Special Adviser to the President on Performance, Evaluation and Monitoring, Professor Sylvester Monye who appeared on our breakfast show, Sunrise Daily, to defend the Federal Government’s budget implementation strategy.
