Nigeria and Everton striker ensured his name was included on the scoreboard against Swansea City as he banged his second goal of the season in the English Premiership.

Manager David Moyes who was so excited with the young lad said he never regretted compensating the lanky Nigerian with a spot in the starting line-up after Monday’s game, where Everton drew 2-2 with Newcastle United at Goodison Park on Monday as Anichebe’s supposed second goal was disallowed, but above all the Nigerian striker put up an impressive display.

Anichebe was on point in the 22nd minute as he put Everton in front, thanks to a Marouane Fellaini’s chest control inside the box, shoving the ball across for Anichebe to bury into the net of Swansea City as Everton took a deserved lead.

Moyes commented that Everton would have had more goals after he expressed his being pleased with the performance of the Toffees on-filed saying their performance was extremely fabulous today for he saw everyone put in their best.
