Adetunji Ogunyemi, an Economist historian with the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has stated that the executive arm of government does not have the right to usurp the decision of the legislature in setting the expenditure limit of the budget.
Mr Ogunyemi who was a guest on our breakfast show Sunrise Daily further stated that what the executive is proposing for the benchmark is questionable.
