An Abuja High Court presided over by Justice Peter Kekemeke has directed the Police High Command to arrest and produce in court the self-acclaimed factional National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Alhaji Sadeeq Masalla on the 3rd of December.

Masalla is being charged on an 11 count charge of forging the signatures of some members of the National Working Committee of the party.

It would be recalled that the Court Presided over by Justice Kekemeke had on November 13th granted leave to the Inspector General of Police to arraign Masalla on the said Charges.

The leave was granted after listening to an application brought by Police Prosecutor, Frances Irabor in charge number CR/36/12 between the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) versus Alhaji Sadeeq Ibrahim Masalla which prompted the court to fix November 21st for his arraignment.

Justice Kekemeke also berated the defence Counsel, Tochukwu Onwubufor for falling to produce his client in court saying as a minister in the temple of justice he ought to have ensured his client’s appearance in court.
