The ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has vowed not to engage in any form of imposition of candidates at all level of the party’s primaries or elections.
The party’s leadership made this decision known as the end of a retreat in Akwa Ibom where the leaders took time off to deliberate on how to develop the operational mercenary of the party.
The national chairman of the party, Mr Bamanga Tukur assured members of the party that imposition of candidates would soon become a thing of the past.
