Elder Statesman and former Minister of Information, Chief Edwin Clark, has spoken out against the activities of the governors’ forum, saying it is undemocratic and a threat to peace and stability of the country.
Speaking in Abuja, the Ijaw leader said the governors now constitute themselves as an opposition to the federal government and deliberately breach both the 1999 Constitution and the constitution of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
He also indicted former President Olusegun Obasanjo, saying the former president is also contributing to the problem.
