One of Nigeria’s indigenous real estate companies, UACN Property Company Development (UPDC), has thrown its doors open to investors as it concludes plans to float the UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust Offer.
At a board meeting in Lagos, the directors of UPDC and other parties involved signed the deal to issue 3 billion units of UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust of N10 each at par.
