A political scientist, Isuwa Dogo on Monday said President Goodluck Jonathan is not bound by any single term agreement he purportedly signed with a group of people.
Speaking as a guest on Channels Television breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily, Mr Dogo said as a politician, President Jonathan can sign any agreement in order to wrest political power and once that is achieved, he can decide not to honour the deal.
“In the first place for anybody to come out and say there was such agreement, it means the person is a political illiterate,” he said.
