The management of NPFL club Enugu Rangers has reassured fans that the club will come out sparkling in the return leg of the CAF Champions League first round against Burundi side Vital’O come Sunday the 7th of April.

On the part of the players who sounded victorious already, they said they are going to get an impressive result in the second leg, the first leg of the double encounter which was played at the Prince Louis Rwagasore Stadium, Bujumbura, Burundi on March the 17th ended in a 0-0 draw and with the result of the first leg, if Rangers want to progress in the tournament then rally for a victory in Sunday’s match taking place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.

The team had to put aside their league victory against Kwara United over the weekend to focus on the arduous task ahead of them.

Rigorous training has begun for angers players they collectively promise that the Burundian side fall and fall heavily come Sunday that the dream of moving to the next stage of the elite competition should be forgotten.

And in making sure this promise is kept, Rangers have decided to have a closed door camping for Wednesday to allow for full concentration and preparation.
