The Chief Mission of the Ansar U Deen Society of Nigeria (ADS), Abdulrahman Ahmad has debunked claims by some Nigerians that every terrorist attacks in Nigeria is being perpetrated by Muslims insisting that the government is not doing enough to curb violence.

Speaking as a guest on Channels Television’s programme, Views From The Top, Mr Ahmad said, “I think we are all not doing enough, to be very honest we are all not doing enough, the government is not doing, the community is not doing enough and the faith community is not doing enough also.

“Unfortunately, the faith communities, the Christian leaders, Muslim leaders are not rising to the occasion, pointing accusing fingers at one another.

“But I can assure everyone that this is not the war, it is not the problem, it is not about religion and it is not about God. it is far from religion and God, it is a war against the conscience of the country.

The cleric said further that everything that happens in the country affects every religion and ceding is not the solution.
