A Federal High Court in Awka has adjourned the leadership litigation between the contending factional leaders of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Victor Umeh and Maxi Okwu till April 30.

The Maxi Okwu- led faction applied to vacate an order obtained by Victor Umeh- led group and issued by the Federal high court, Awka, restraining them from parading as national officers.

Presiding judge Mohammed Salisu however adjourned the case over the inability of the defendants and petitioners to agree on who represents the 4th respondent, that is APGA.

Counsel to Vitor Umeh, Kingsley Awuka, expressed optimism that his client will be victorious when the court revisits the matter saying “it will be difficult the Okwu to succeed”.

However counsel to Maxi Okwu, Mr Chudi Ilonze was confident he will come out victorious.
