Soul Singer, Waje Ports To Glo And Pepsi

Nigerian soul singer, Waje on Monday announced her deal with telecommunications company, Globacom, as an ambassador.

The ‘I Wish’ crooner shared the information with her 79,612 followers on Twitter.

Waje is one of Nigeria’s top vocalists and by all indication is fast-rising. Her debut album, W.A.J.E, which was released on May 1st, 2013 is currently receiving good reviews from fans and critics alike.

Channels Television has gathered that the ‘Glo’ deal is the second of a third which will be announced within the next 24 hours.

Waje has signed a similar deal with Pepsi and another undisclosed company.

The God of the Hard Working Females

Meanwhile, Waje has invoked the ‘God of the Hard Working Females’ to strike down bloggers who ‘do not get their facts right.’

The songstress took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to rant about an unnamed individual who ‘stoop low as to making up stories’ about yet another unnamed individual who has refused to tell who the father of her baby is.

In a series of tweets, Waje cursed the obejct(s) of her anger and prayed that “God of the hard working females strike them IJN.”

“May ur system crash beyond repair.” She said.

She also disclosed that “Tosin Yusuf” is alive and well.

Although Waje did not specify who Tosin Yusuf is, a quick research shows that Tosin Yusuf is alleged to be the father of singer, Omawumi’s child, Kamillah.
