Johan Cruyff has condemned Mourinho’s behaviour at Real Madrid as he concluded that he believes with such behaviour it will very difficult for the Portuguese coach to ever win any trophy again.

Mourinho recently left Real Madrid for his former English Club Chelsea as he signed a four-year deal to return as manager.

The 50-year-old took the driver’s seat at Stamford Bridge for the second time on Monday after months of speculation linking him with the post.

Mourinho heads to London having failed to guide Real Madrid to a major trophy in the 2012-13 seasons, after previously leading Los Blancos to a Copa del Rey and La Liga triumph.

But former Barcelona boss Cruyff believes the way Mourinho’s spell at the Bernabéu came to an end does not bode well for the future.

The former Dutch football star said he believes that the way Mourinho acted was what messed everything up in Madrid he blamed everyone and everybody when something went wrong in Madrid.

He said Mourinho is playing games with people and he played an unbelievably negative part in his Madrid years, as he engineered the exit of general manager Jorge Valdano and later he did the same with director of football Zinedine Zidane and he also dropped Iker Casillas, the captain of the Spanish national team, the reason why the Portuguese didn’t succeed in the end in Madrid and he feels Mourinho will not taste success any more.

A former Dutch footballer; known as Johan Cruyff, is and was until recently the manager of the Catalonia football team.

He won the Ballon d’Or three times, in 1971, 1973 and 1974, which was a record jointly held with Michel Platini, Marco van Basten and Lionel Messi until Messi won his 4th award in 2012.

Cruyff was one of the most famous exponents of the football philosophy known as Total Football explored by Rinus Michels, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in association football.

After his retirement from playing in 1984, Cruyff became highly successful as manager of Ajax and later FC Barcelona; he remains an influential advisor to both clubs. His son Jordi has also gone on to play football professionally.

In 1999, Cruyff was voted European Player of the Century in an election held by the IFFHS, and came second behind Pelé in their World Player of the Century poll.

He came third in a vote organised by the French weekly magazine France Football consulting their former Ballon d’Or winners to elect their Football Player of the Century.
