Nigeria and the Czech Republic have held talks to explore areas of cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
This follows the visit by Senate President, David Mark, alongside some other federal lawmakers to the east European country to attend an inter-parliamentary exchange programme.
Senator Mark at a meeting with the president of the senate of the Czech parliament in Prague, the country’s capital, appealed to the Czech authorities to allow a Nigerian imprisoned in the country to return home on health grounds.
