My Trip To Rome In 1986 Gave Birth To WOTCLEF

Titi Abubakar said her covenant with God when she went to Rome where she saw and heard about the travails of Nigerian girls in Italy gave birth to the Women Trafficking and Child Labour Eradication Foundation (WOTCLEF) foundation.

According to her, the opportunity came when her husband, Atiku Abubakar became the Vice-President of Nigeria under the administration of President Obasanjo.
