The Head of Litigation, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, Tola Oshobi has denied claims by the Federal Airport Authority (FAAN) the aviation company defaulted in remitting money generated from the domestic airport as stated in the concession documents.
Mr Oshobi on Channels TV Sunrise Daily stated that the company there was no such agreement in the concession document.
He further revealed that FAAN owed the coming immense sum of money.
