The Weinstein Company has released the trailer for Nelson Mandela’s biopic “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” in commemoration of his 95th birthday of Nelson Mandela.
Opening in cinemas on 29th November, 2013, the drama stars Idris Elba, Naomie Harris, Tony Kgoroge, Riaad Moosa, Zolani Mkiva, Jamie Bartlett, Lindiwe Matshikiza, Deon Lotz and Terry Pheto.
The movie is based on former South African President Nelson Mandela‘s autobiography of the same title, which chronicles his early life, coming of age, education and 27 years in prison before becoming President and working to rebuild the country’s once segregated society.
