The All Progressive Congress (APC) has presented its manifesto to chieftains of the party with a promise to end political crises and violence that have led to loss of lives in the country.

The party’s manifesto was distributed at a meeting of the party in Abuja.

At the end of the meeting, the Interim National Chairman of the party, Mr. Bisi Akande decried the state of insecurity in the country saying Nigerians cannot continue to live in fear.

Mr. Akande noted that “the philosophy underpinning the formation of the APC is to reposition Nigeria into a modern stable democratic nation, with a productive economy that is based on equity and justice for all citizens”.

Edo state governor, Adams Oshiomhole urged party leaders to be united ahead of the 2015 elections noting that it is the only way to ensure victory for the party at the polls

Meanwhile, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Anambra state has endorsed Senator Chris Ngige as the party’s governorship candidate for the coming election.

Okorocha made the endorsement during the presentation of the party’s manifesto in Abuja.
